Complaints Policy

In line with our continued commitment to customer service and our new relationship with Which? Trusted trader we are proud to operate a complaints policy.

We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied.

To ensure we are able to put things rights as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.

As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.

In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible.

We aim to respond within 2 days of receiving your complaint and where possible, will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised.

Where we are unable to resolve your complaint using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event that we cannot remedy your complaint to your satisfaction you may wish to refer your complaint to them. If you wish to do so, please contact Which? Pure Pest Solutions, a trading name of PPM Environmental Ltd, has grown organically since 2009 alongside its sister company, Wasp Warriors. You can still see where it all began at www.waspwarriors.co.uk.

The fun, memorable Wasp Warriors brand — still proudly promising “to rid the world of pesky wasps” — proved such a success that it quickly became clear both domestic and commercial pest control deserved the same approachable, no-nonsense treatment. And that’s how Pure Pest Solutions came to be.

Times have certainly moved on since our founder Tom started out from the back of a family estate car. As we’ve grown, so has our offering. We now provide a full range of residential and commercial pest control services, and have developed our own Puratak Bed Bug Heat Treatment system in-house — allowing us to treat bed bug infestations effectively in a single day using up to date technology.

We work across Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire and beyond, tackling pest problems quickly, safely and professionally. Our customers value our smart presentation, honest advice and friendly service. We keep things simple and stick to a clear ethos: do the job properly, communicate clearly, and treat people fairly.
